Possible Causes

• The API key was blank or missing.
• The API password was blank or missing.

Possible Solutions

• Please make sure that you are passing in an API key via HTTP Basic Authentication.
• Please make sure you are passing in an API password of ‘x’ via HTTP Basic Authentication.
